Transportation from Shades of Green to Walt Disney World can involve more than one system. Most trips start on a Shades of Green bus and then connect to Disney transportation, such as the monorail, ferryboats, or Skyliner. This interactive map highlights the most direct routes to each park and Disney Springs. At a glance, you can see where you’ll ride a Shades bus, when you’ll transfer, and how long the trip usually takes. Transit times are estimates to help with planning, but your actual trip may be quicker or slower depending on traffic, crowds, and loading.
Note: Routes and schedules can change. Always double-check the Shades of Green official bus schedule » before you go.
Why I Built This Map
Guests often ask: “How long will it take me to get from Shades to Magic Kingdom?” or “Which bus do I take to EPCOT?” Disney transportation can be confusing if you’re new to the resort. Our map simplifies the process by showing the main connections without overwhelming you with every possible route. Think of it as a starter guide for Shades guests.

Pro Tips
✅ Leave extra time at the start of your day if you’re rope-dropping.
✅ If you have dining reservations, aim to arrive 30–45 minutes earlier than your reservation time.
✅ Buses allow up to two scooters or wheelchairs; plan for the next bus if those spots are filled.
Accessibility & Notes
Shades buses are wheelchair accessible, with designated loading areas on most routes. Disney’s monorails and ferries are also accessible, though boarding may take a few extra minutes. Keep in mind that Shades buses — and many Disney buses — can usually accommodate only two scooters or mobility devices at a time. If those spots are filled, you may need to wait for the next bus, so plan a little extra time.
