Folks new to my page might be curious about the anger expressed on some posts and the occasional rude comment filters may miss. I just wanted to take a minute to address that.

Disney is a corporate leader in charitable giving and social responsibility. The Disney Conservation Fund works tirelessly to save wildlife and protect our planet. The Disney corporations supports numerous charities, including the Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish, Toys for Tots, and Feed America. Disney also collaborates with organizations like the American Red Cross, UNICEF, and Good360 to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Furthermore, they provide extensive military discounts and hire veterans, demonstrating their commitment to supporting those who serve. As a military family with a special needs child who is an athlete for Special Olympics, some of this we have direct experience with.

In contrast, the individuals who spread hate and conspiracy theories about Disney do little to nothing to make the world a better place. They sit behind their devices, spewing poison and negativity, while Disney continues to inspire and uplift communities globally.

Disney’s Cast Members are hardworking individuals with families and bills to pay, just like everyone else. The imagineers pour their hearts and souls into creating magical experiences that bring joy to millions. It is unconscionable that such a force for good in the world is vilified and targeted with such vitriol.
