Many vendors offer military discounts, and both Disney and Shades of Green have specific rules about delivery and pickup—so be sure to review the latest policies before booking.

🔹 Important: If you rent from a vendor that is not a featured provider, you’ll need to be present for both drop-off and pick-up at your resort. This can be inconvenient—so plan ahead when possible.

🎖 Military Discounts & Drop-Off Policies

Most third-party vendors offer military discounts—but you may need to ask for them directly.

Discounts might not appear online. Therefore, it’s a good idea to call or email and ask.
Some companies, like Buena Vista Rentals, require a phone call to apply the military discount.
Disney’s in-park rentals do not offer military pricing.

🔄 As of 2025, Shades of Green has updated its drop-off and pick-up policies, aligning more closely with those already in place at Disney Resorts. Here’s what you need to know:

Shades of Green: Only Buena Vista Rentals can deliver and retrieve scooters or strollers without you being present.

Disney Resort Hotels: Only ScooterBug Rentals is authorized for unattended deliveries and pickups.

All other vendors require you to be physically present at both drop-off and pick-up times.
